Botswana10 Day | Active Wildlife Safari of Southern Africa
Combines two fabulous Photographic safari experiences for a great value trip! Some exciting and fantastic game viewing opportunities in south-eastern Botswana at Mashatu, and at the Timbavati or Sabi Sand Private Game Reserves in South Africa. Activities include day and night game drives plus optional adventures such as walking safaris, mountain biking, horseback riding and village visits. Accommodations are in thatched safari lodges and permanent tented camps.

On arrival at O.R.Tambo International Airport you will be met by a Menzies representative, who will assist you through immigration, the collection of your luggage and through customs. They will escort you to your airport hotel. Enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight InterContinental JNB OR Tambo.
This morning you will be transferred to the Lanseria Airport for your scheduled charter flight to the Mashatu Game Reserve. Activities included are day and night game drives. There are optional activities including guided walking safaris, mountain bike riding, a day(s) spent in a photographic hide, and fabulous horse trail trips available at extra cost. 4 nights Mashatu Tented Camp, Mashatu Lodge, Tuli Safari Lodge or Mashatu Euphorbia.
You will be picked up at the Pont Drift Border post by your experienced guide and enjoy a relaxed road transfer through the heart of the bushveld toward Hoedspruit, where wildlife sightings and beautiful vistas are common along the route. You will stop for lunch along the way. Continue to Hoedspruit and your villa, located on the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. (Driving time is approximately 5 hours, excluding the lunch stop).
Enjoy the evening at leisure. (Dinner reservations have been made for you at one of the wonderful local restaurants in the area). Overnight 444 On Taaibos.
Enjoy a home-cooked breakfast served on your veranda. Depart at approximately 8:30am with the same guide and enjoy a breathtaking drive along the Panorama Route and some of the best scenery to be found in South Africa, including sights such as Three Rondavels, Blyde River Canyon, God’s Window and Lisbon Falls. (Entrance fees and lunch included). Continue to your safari lodge. Enjoy an afternoon/night game drive. Enjoy two further days of gameviewing activities including day and night game drives. 3 nights Simbavati River Lodge or Simbavati Hilltop or Simbambili or Tanda Tula.
Enjoy a morning game drive before transferring by vehicle to the Hoedspruit or Skukuza Airport. Connect with the scheduled inter-Africa flight to Johannesburg.
