Tanda Tula Safari Camp
Tanda Tula Safari Camp comprises 12 luxury tents in the shade of ancient trees, with en suite bathrooms, hot and cold running water, and a own patio overlooking the bush and waterhole. Privacy and personal attention are assured. The cuisine is superb, with a wine list to match, and for relaxing there is a swimming pool.
Tanda Tula means "to love the quiet", and here you’ll experience the sounds of silence that only Africa can offer. Located in the Timbavati Game Reserve, the camp is within the territory of the famous white lions as well as the other 4 members of the Big Five. Activities include morning and afternoon/night game drives with a maximum of nine people per safari vehicle and guided walks. Picnicking at the two hides, as well as bush walks are also offered. Other activities are available in the region– including visits to the the Moholoholo Animal Rehabilitation Center ; Cheetah Rehabilitation Project or the Mapusha Weavers & Pre-School Visit .
