Itinerary Description

Spend six nights on actual safari as you search for the Big Five including elephant, lion, leopard, rhino and buffalo and at the same time enjoy the comforts of your traditional safari lodges. Visit the Private Game Reserves which border Kruger National Park. End with time in Cape Town, one of the world’s most beautiful cities. The program is a value-added-priced package!

Day by Day Itinerary

Day 01-02

USA/Johannesburg

Depart today on your overnight international flight to Johannesburg. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Overnight City Lodge at OR Tambo International Hotel.

Day 03-05

Hoedspruit or Skukuza/Private Game Reserve

Take the hotel shuttle back to the airport. Depart today on your scheduled inter-Africa flight from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit or Skukuza. On arrival you will be met and transferred by vehicle to your choice of Private Game Reserve. 3 nights Notten’s, Simbambili or Tintswalo Safari Lodge.

Day 06

Private Game Reserve

This morning transfer by vehicle to your next Camp near the Kruger Park. This evening enjoy a night game drive. 3 nights Simbavati River Lodge, Saseka Tented Camp or MalaMala Camp.

Day 07+08

Private Game Reserve

Enjoy two full days of game viewing. 

Day 09+10

Cape Town

This morning transfer to the Skukuza airport (for Kirkman’s or MalaMala) or Hoedspruit (for Thornybush) where you will board your scheduled inter-Africa flight to Cape Town. Enjoy the use of a vehicle and guide for a full day to take you where and when you want to go. 2 nights Four Rosmead Boutique Guesthouse.

Day 11-12

Cape Town/Johannesburg/USA

Enjoy the morning at leisure. This afternoon transfer to the airport for your departing flight to Johannesburg. Onward connecting overnight international flight. Welcome home!
