Itinerary Description

This is an exciting seven night flying safari staying at selected camps that are ideal for families. Accommodations are Classic permanent tented camps offering adjoining family tents with an option to combine an experience of wonderful Seasonal mobile camp.  Explore the game rich  Okavango Delta, border of the Moremi Game Reserve and the Linyanti Reserve. An optional night or two may be arranged in a Victoria Falls.

Based on Savuti Camp, Chitabe Lediba and Kwetsani Camp. Consider the Jao Villa as an exclusive stay to end your family safari - please request surcharge!

** KIDS STAY FREE! When staying in a Wilderness Safaris’ Family Room in low and shoulder season, one child’s accommodation will be free for each full-paying adult (exclusions apply).

Day by Day Itinerary

Day 01

Arrive Johannesburg

On arrival in Johannesburg you will be met and escorted to your hotel. Enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight Intercontinental Johannesburg Airport Hotel.

Day 02+03

Linyanti or Kwando Reserve

Fly to Maun and then onward on a scheduled charter flight to the Linyanti or Kwando Reserve. Morning and afternoon game drives, boat rides, walks, visits to animal hides. Enjoy a morning and afternoon activities from your camp. Enjoy game viewing in your private safari vehicle with your camp guide. 2 nights Savuti Camp or Lebala or  Pom Pom.

Day 04+05

Periphery of Moremi Reserve

After a morning game activity, a scheduled charter flight transfers you to your next camp, morning and afternoon game drives, walks, 2 nights Chitabe Lediba or Sable Alley or Mma Dinare.

Day 06-08

Okavango Delta

scheduled charter flight to Okavango Delta. Enjoy days of morning and afternoon game drives and mokoro rides. 3 nights Kwetsani or Mapula Lodge or Khwai Shared Mobile Tented Camp or Gomoti Private.

Day 09

Okavango/Maun/Johannesburg or Cape Town/Depart

Take a scheduled charter flight to Maun, board your connecting flight to Johannesburg or Cape Town.
