Itinerary Description

Start your trip in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa- famous for its gorgeous scenery and first class wines. Enjoy two days with your private guide and vehicle. Your itinerary focuses on a real wildlife experience in South Africa where you will have the opportunity to see the “Big 5”. You will visit a Private Game Reserve where you will take day and night game drives. Finish with time in a romantic coastal resort in Mozambique.

Day by Day Itinerary

Day 01

Arrive Cape Town

On arrival in Cape Town, you will be met and privately transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight Victoria & Alfred Hotel.

Day 02+03

Cape Town

Enjoy the use of a private vehicle and guide for two full days to take you where and when you want to go. Spend half the day exploring the Cape Peninsula and then taste wines in the afternoon or explore Cape Town in the morning and take a drive up the west coast. The possibilities are endless – it’s your day, your way! (Pick-up times can be personalized if you want to start touring a little bit later in the day). Entrance fees and meals are payable directly. 2 nights Victoria & Alfred Hotel.

Day 04

Sabi Sand Nature Reserve

Return to the airport this morning for your scheduled flight to Skukuza or Hoedspruit. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your camp. Enjoy an afternoon/night game drive. Overnight Savanna Lodge or Ngala Tented Camp.

Day 05+06

Sabi Sand Nature Reserve

Enjoy two days of game viewing. The reserves are home to large populations of elephant, buffalo, Burchell’s zebra, greater kudu, giraffe, impala, white rhino, black rhino, hippo, lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog among others.  Vehicles may leave the road to pursue game through the bush. Night drives, provide an opportunity to spot nocturnal animals rarely seen during the day. 2 nights Savanna Lodge or Ngala Tented Camp.

Day 07

Vilanculos/Benguerra Island

This morning transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled charter flight to the Mpumalanga airport. Connect with your scheduled inter-Africa flight to Vilanculos, Mozambique. On arrival you will be transferred to your lodge. Based on Santorini Mozambique ~ You will be met and transferred by vehicle to your resort. Based on Benguerra Lodge ~ Board a helicopter for the short flight to your island lodge. Overnight Santorini Mozambique or &Beyond Benguerra Island.

 

Day 08+09

Benguerra Island

Full days of leisure and optional activities in paradise! 2 nights Santorini Mozambique or &Beyond Benguerra Island.

Day 10

Vilanculos/Johannesburg/Depart

Today you will transfer back to the Vilanculos Airport. Board your scheduled inter-Africa flight to Johannesburg.
