Laba Ngorongoro
Laba Ngorongoro welcomes guests to one of the best locations for early access to the Crater as it is the closest lodge to the park entrance. Perched at 2,200 meters and offering views of lush forests and the Oldeani and Makarot mountains, the lodge’s reception and bar boast a bit of history as they reside in a famous ecologist, Henry Fosbrooke, former home. His tireless efforts led to the creation of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
The lodge features 18 deluxe rooms and a family suite, each with a small living room, mini-bar, coffee machine, decadent bathroom with a bathtub and a private terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. The guest areas include the restaurant, bar, game room, library and indoor and outdoor lounge space with a terrace and evening firepit.
