Singita Kwitonda Lodge, named after a legendary silverback gorilla, is set on 178 acres on the edge of Volcanoes National Park. The luxurious lodge features 7 one-bedroom suites, 1 two-bedroom suite and a four-bedroom villa, each linked by volcanic rock pathways to the central lodge. Each suite includes floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Sabyinyo, Gahinga and Muhabura volcanoes and has indoor fireplaces, heated plunge pools, expansive bathroom with dual vanities and large soaking tub. The main lounge area includes impressive woven ceilings, lava rock walls and terracotta brickwork from local artisans.
