Tubu Tree Camp
Located within the Jao Concession on Hunda Island, in the northwestern Okavango Delta, Tubu Tree is nestled in one of the Okavango’s most stunning wildlife rich areas.
Newly renovated the whole camp is built on raised platforms and connected by elevated wooden walkways with the main area featuring thatched structures built in the trees. Each luxurious and spacious en suite tent, including family unit, offers incredible views across the floodplains.
Activities include morning and afternoon game drives, boating and mokoro (both of which are seasonal and dependent on water levels). During your stay you wouldn’t want to miss the opportunity to spend the night sleeping under the spectacular night sky in the Star Bed. Wildlife includes leopard, African wild dog, lion, hyena, elephants, hippo, buffalo, giraffe, antelope and a huge variety of bird species.
