Sand Rivers Selous

Sand Rivers Selous, built on the north bank of the Rufiji River, contains eight luxury chalets. From the lodge you will be able to get a superb all-around experience of Nyerere National Park's (formerly Selous Game Reserve) bush – from watching the wildlife from your veranda to walking in the bush or fly camping over night. The lodge is spectacularly placed to offer combinations of game drive, walking and river safaris with resident guides. The staff's flexible attitude means that you can pretty much do what you want when you want, so long as it’s within park rules. Each evening you'll have a chance to discuss and plan your activities for the following day with your guide. The camp has a swimming pool to cool off in during hot African days.
