Rivertrees Country Inn is located at the foot of Mount Meru and combines old world ambiance and African country elegance. Once an old coffee farm, the lodge’s cottages have been built along the Usa River or under shade trees, and are individually styled and uniquely furnished with its own character.

Enjoy dining in the restaurant, which overlooks the green lawn and features country cuisine utilizing fresh fruit, herbs and vegetables grown in the lodge’s garden. The wood-burning oven turns out delicious pizzas and is quite popular with guests and locals alike.

Spend quiet time in the gardens and pathways that lead to the Usa River. The large pool is located near the river and surrounded by sights and sounds of nature. The Rivertrees Spa offers a variety of massage treatments and is the ideal way to relax pre- or post-safari.

The Inn can arrange a variety of activities such as guided river-walk, visits to a neighboring village, craft market or a coffee plantation.
