An extremely luxurious lodge or permanent tented camp (five-star) with superb cuisine and excellent service, swimming pool and, many of them, with a private “plunge” pool (small swimming pool) for each chalet or tent. Lodges and chalets are air-conditioned, while the tents may be air-conditioned or fan-cooled.
Onguma The Fort overlooks the Etosha Pan, giving each of the twelve Suites fantastic sunset views. The suites feature spacious en suite bathrooms with an indoor-outdoor showers, fireplace, air-conditioning, mini-bar and large private decks with chaise lounges. Enjoy the camp's swimming pool between game activities or join other guests in the lounge for a sundowner cocktail.
The lodge is located within the Onguma Game Reserve, which borders Etosha National Park. Day drives to Etosha and within Onguma are offered, while night drives and bush walks are available only in the Onguma Game Reserve.
