An extremely luxurious lodge or permanent tented camp (five-star) with superb cuisine and excellent service, swimming pool and, many of them, with a private “plunge” pool (small swimming pool) for each chalet or tent. Lodges and chalets are air-conditioned, while the tents may be air-conditioned or fan-cooled.
Little Ongava, a premier lodge, comprises of three suites which each have their own plunge pool, en suite bathroom, a “sala”, an additional outdoor shower and a view of the waterhole in front of camp. Little Ongava’s main area lends itself to relaxed, stylish dining under an African sky or under thatch.
The lodge is located within Ongava Private Game Reserve, which directly borders Etosha National Park. Offering the full Etosha experience, Ongava also allows guests to take night drives and nature walks, activities that are not allowed within Etosha.
