Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge is built on Nteko Ridge, on the edge of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. The luxury lodge was built in partnership with the local Nkuringo community and several international wildlife foundations. Located near Kisoro – a day’s drive from Buhomo, the lodge is perfectly positioned for trekking the habituated Nkuringo and Nshongi families of gorillas. The lodge is walking distance from the starting point for trekkers. Accommodations feature 10 stone cottages with en suite facilities, private decks and upscale bedding and linens. The main lounge offers a comfortable gathering for guests with a living area, dining and bar.
