Chem Chem Safari Lodge

Classic A deluxe lodge or tented camp, almost all with swimming pools, excellent food and service, large nicely appointed rooms or tents with comfortable beds and tasteful decor; most of the lodges have air-conditioning and the tents are usually fan-cooled.

Chem Chem Safari Lodge is located in a private wildlife concession on Tarangire National Park's periphery. Eight luxury tents are spaced out to ensure privacy and feature en suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, hairdryer, in-room safe, terrace with daybed and spectacular views of surrounding countryside. A family tent is available for those traveling with children.

The main lodge is made up of an expansive dining area, outside fireplace, bar, library and boutique. The deck area is ideal for enjoying a sundowner cocktail with views of Lake Manyara in the distance. Between game drives, there is an outdoor swimming pool and spa cottage offering a variety of treatments. Activities include guided bush walks on the conservancy, bush dinner or sundowners, and game drives.
