Campi ya Kanzi

Classic A deluxe lodge or tented camp, almost all with swimming pools, excellent food and service, large nicely appointed rooms or tents with comfortable beds and tasteful decor; most of the lodges have air-conditioning and the tents are usually fan-cooled.

Campi ya Kanzi is located on the Maasai Group Ranch, which is surrounded by Chyulu Hills, Tsavo and Amboseli National Parks. The camp's six spacious tented cottages and two suites all have verandahs overlooking Tsavo Hills and Kilimanjaro. The suites and cottages have luxurious linens, hand crafted furniture, and en suite bathrooms.

The varied landscapes and altitude offers a great diversity of wildlife including elephant, lion, cheetah, lesser kudu, fringe-eared oryx, gerenuk and mountain reedbuck. In addition, there are over 400 species here.

The focus at Campi ya Kanzi is on the Maasai community who live in the area.  While visit their villages, guests will learn about the issues of conservation and eco-tourism affecting the Maasai.  Additional activities include day and night game drives and escorted walks with Maasai trackers. Guests can arrange optional excursions to Tsavo West, Chyulu and Amboseli National Parks (additional costs apply).
