My husband and I were on safari with our guide, Ephraim Mollel in early February.  It's important to me that you know how much we appreciated Ephraim and how our trip was one of a lifetime.  It brings us great joy to remember it and to share our memories with others.  He made our trip fabulous.  He was trustworthy and respectful of all our needs.  He made choices about what was best for us, usually after asking for our input, but I'm sure sometimes subtly making great choices.  He helped me remember patience and taking things slowly (“polle, polle”), knowing that in time we would see excellent sights.  He always had a positive outlook and positive expectations.  

Ephraim is an effective and great teacher about the people, culture, schools, languages, as well as the animals and birds.  Whatever we asked, he helped us to understand.  He had an excellent knowledge of roads, registrations, safari rules, etc.  

Ephraim has a complete respect for AAC and a desire to follow their guidelines and give us the most excellent safari we could have ever imagined.  We appreciated this.
