Eric Ndorere
Eric was born in Kihihi in Western Uganda; a small town located midway between Queen Elizabeth national park and Bwindi impenetrable national park. He is one of the most experienced safari guides at Speke Uganda Holidays. In his 12 years of working in the tourism industry, Eric has led tours to the entire Uganda and Rwanda.
Eric holds a Diploma in Tourism management, a certificate in Wildlife management and translocation and a First aid training certificate. He also holds a certificate in Birding from Uganda Safari guides Association.
Eric was the only Ugandan guide chosen to attend an Eco trainers’ workshop in South Africa in 2013. He also took part in the International Gorilla Conservation Program in 2007 training where he was able to participate in Gorilla habituation and the Gorilla census.
Because of his experience and training, he commands top knowledge of all National Parks as well as flora and fauna. Travelling, reading journals and watching wildlife documentaries are his favorite hobbies. Eric is married with one daughter.
