Segera Retreat

Segera Retreat is located between Mount Kenya and the Great Rift Valley in Kenya's Laikipia province. Accommodations fuse luxury with environmentally friendly technology. There are six villas, each with sliding doors that open out to your private deck and views of the open savannah or the sculpture garden. There is a comfortable seating area, canopied bed and en suite bathroom with dual vanities and each villa is decorated with bespoke art pieces and safari chic style. A dedicated attendant is on hand to make sure you have everything you need. Enjoy dining al-fresco by the swimming pool or in your private villa lounge area. During the daytime, a stylish picnic can be set up along the Segera River where you can relax and enjoy watch the elephants.

Activities are varied and include traditional game drives, guided walks, sleep outs and visits to the local homestead. There is also a gym and spa (additional fees apply for spa treatments). There is the opportunity to book a scenic flight on the lodge’s G-AAMY biplane.
