Sanctuary Tambarare
Sanctuary Tambarare Camp is located on the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, consisting of 90,000 acres of unspoiled African landscape, with Big Five game, including the last two northern white rhinos on earth.
The camp features 10 luxurious, large, and airy canvas tents with private verandas. These individually-decorated tents have a “boutique-meets-bush style”, with teak floors, white curtains and unique touches of Masai-inspired art. The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a double basin and sumptuous towels.
The main lounge features inviting sofas and chairs and a bar tent with a deck and loungers overlooking the boma.
Explore Ol Pejeta Conservancy with daily game drives, where you may have the chance to view the Big Five and many other animals (from cheetahs and jackal to hippos and hyena). The conservancy is home to over 130 black rhinos. Optional activities are available such as a “Rhino Encounter”, horseback riding, guided bush walks and local community visits (additional fees apply).
