Mpala Jena

Classic A deluxe lodge or tented camp, almost all with swimming pools, excellent food and service, large nicely appointed rooms or tents with comfortable beds and tasteful decor; most of the lodges have air-conditioning and the tents are usually fan-cooled.

Mpala Jena Main Camp is located on a private concession 19km inside the Zambezi National Park. Five luxury suites including two 2-bedroom family suites are built along the Zambezi River shoreline and each air-conditioned suite features a shaded, private deck, en suite bathroom with indoor shower, flush toilet, double vanity and outdoor bathrooms with decadent bathtub, and outdoor shower. Enjoy relaxing on your deck which overlooks the river.

The main area is centrally located and connected to the tents by recycled hardwood decking. Overlooking the Zambezi River, the lounge, beach bar and small library welcome you with comfortable sitting areas and guests can cool off between activities at the swimming pool whilst enjoying the views.

A newly opened private villa is situated 5km upstream from Mpala Jena and features a private main area, swimming pool, three luxurious riverfront suites and include the services of a private butler, safari vehicle and guide.

Activities include morning and afternoon game drives, guided walks, one complimentary transfer to Victoria Falls town, entrance ticket to see Victoria Falls and water-based activities (water levels permitting).
