Little Gorges Tented Camp

Vintage A lodge or tented camp with very good food and service, and many have swimming pools. The rooms/tents are of good size but perhaps not as large as "Classic" properties. Facilities could be "Classic," but located in a sub-standard game viewing area.

Little Gorges Tented Camp is located on the edge of the Batoka Gorge and features spectacular views of the Zambezi River. Only about 30 minutes east from town, the lodge is a good place to base your adventure in Victoria Falls. The camp consists of five luxury tents built on raised decks, each with an en suite bathroom and showers cut into the rocky terrain, mini-bar, coffee/tea making facilities, hairdryer, ceiling fan, electronic safari and terrace. The main lodge’s bar, dining room and lounge feature stunning views of the gorge below.

A choice of two activities are included each day, such as a guided tour of the Victoria Falls, (Victoria Falls Park entry fee included), sundowner cruise (river usage fee included), guided tour of the craft village, visit to the local village, school tour (not available during school holidays), evening traditional dancing show, gorge-edge walk with snacks, black eagle viewing (weather permitting), with sundowners and snacks.
