A lodge or tented camp with very good food and service, and many have swimming pools. The rooms/tents are of good size but perhaps not as large as "Classic" properties. Facilities could be "Classic," but located in a sub-standard game viewing area.
As the name suggest, Kapama Southern Camp is situated in the southern section of the Kapama Game Reserve. Breakfast and lunch are served in the dining room with dinner served in the open air boma around an open fire. The camp has 15 suites, 7 villas and 3 family villas (two bedrooms), all with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and patios. The villas and family villas also have private plunge pools. Guests can go on morning and night game drives, guided bush walks, and book spa appointments at the nearby Kapama Karula Lodge.
