A deluxe lodge or tented camp, almost all with swimming pools, excellent food and service, large nicely appointed rooms or tents with comfortable beds and tasteful decor; most of the lodges have air-conditioning and the tents are usually fan-cooled.
Chitabe Camp sits in a private concession that borders the Okavango Delta's Moremi Reserve. Eight elevated, Meru-style guest tents are en suite and each includes a fan, lounge area, mosquito nets, outside shower, safe and a tea-coffee station. Enjoy relaxing on your private verandah. An elevated walkway connects the tents to the main area which has a comfortable lounge, bar, expansive deck and swimming pool.
The concession's diversity of habitas means Chitabe is one of the most exciting game viewing areas in Botswana. Day and night drives and guided walks showcase the varied wildlife and landscapes of the Okavango margins.
