Chikoko Tree Camp

Chikoko Tree Camp is located on the west bank of the Luangwa River and offers unparalleled walking safaris. The camp consists of three thatch chalets with bedrooms raised above the ground so that they sit in the tree canopies, and feature their own en suite flush toilets, safari showers and hand wash basins located beneath. Built in an area with no roads, this camp is exclusively a walking camp and it is unlikely that other safariers will be seen. The camp can be reached by a 4-hour walking safari from Tafika Camp or a short game drive and five minute canoe ride across the Luangwa.
