Features 5 nights in the Serengeti in two different locations. We have taken LUXURY mobile tenting to the tops, as these tents are very large and roomy! Naturalist Guides in Tanzania - You have the PRIVATE services of a one of our “select group” of naturalist guides on your game drives in a 4x4 Land Rover vehicle – a trademark of our Africa Adventure Company safaris in Tanzania. Your group size can vary from just two in a vehicle, or friends and family in two or three vehicles. As you spend several days with the same guide, you maximize seeing and doing “everything” and come away at the end of a trip with “a friend for life”. The naturalist guides that may lead your trip include Hillary Mandia, Ephata Loitashu, Daniel Nyamoga and Emmanuel Mkenda. Our superb team of knowledgeable and fun-filled naturalist guides are undoubtedly some of the best in the industry and constantly receive the highest accolades each year-a trademark of our Africa Adventure Company safaris in Tanzania.
Depart on your overnight international flight to Europe. Connect with your flight to Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the day at leisure. Optional touring can be arranged for you (additional fees apply). 2 nights Rivertrees Country Inn.
After breakfast you will depart by private safari vehicle with your guide and proceed by road to Tarangire Park. Game view enroute to your camp, arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive. Activities include day game drives in the park, morning walks and night game drives. You will experience two full days of activities. 2 nights Tarangire Kati Kati or Tarangire Ndovu Tented Lodge.
Depart this morning with your guide and visit an authentic Maasai village on the outskirts of the park. Continue to Lake Manyara for a game drive. Enjoy lunch at a nearby camp. The park is situated in the Great Rift Valley where hippos abound along with the excellent bird life as well as elephant and baboon. Later this afternoon, proceed to your lodge located near the Ngorongoro Crater. The evening is at leisure. Next morniing morning descend into the crater for a game drive. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor. The evening is at leisure. 2 nights Ngorongoro Lion’s Paw Camp.
Continue with your guide and vehicle, en-route your journey to Serengeti includes a visit to Oldupai Gorge, the famous archaeological site where the Leakey’s discovered the remains of Australopithecus, Homo Habilis and Homo Erectus. Continue to the Serengeti. Arrive at your camp in time to enjoy lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Next morning enjoy a full day of game viewing. 2 nights Intimate Camp Seronera or Siringit Serengeti Camp.
Depart this morning with your guide and a picnic lunch and proceed to your next camp, game viewing enroute. Enjoy two full days of game viewing. An optional balloon safari can be arranged. 3 nights Camp Zebra or KasKaz Mara Camp.
This morning you will have another game drive en route to the airstrip. Board your scheduled charter flight to Arusha. On arrival you will be transferred to your lodge. A dayroom (Gran Meliá) has been reserved (lunch is included). This evening, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport. Depart on the overnight flight to Europe. Onward connecting flight. Welcome Home!
