Puku Ridge

Classic A deluxe lodge or tented camp, almost all with swimming pools, excellent food and service, large nicely appointed rooms or tents with comfortable beds and tasteful decor; most of the lodges have air-conditioning and the tents are usually fan-cooled.

Puku Ridge Camp consists of eight luxury tented suites, built overlooking a floodplain in the South Luangwa National Park. Each suite features a large bathroom with dual vanities, indoor-outdoor shower and massive bath tub overlooking the deck as well as a small plunge pool with outstanding views over the plains. The rooms have over-the-bed air-conditioning to keep you cool during the hotter months. The highlight of each room is the “sleep-out tower” which sits above the tent and has a shaded canopied bed – the perfect place to relax between game activities or to have the adventure of sleeping at night.

The main area features indoor and open-air lounge and dining as well as a firepit and viewing hide overlooking the waterhole. The diverse wildlife along the seasonal wetland offers great opportunities during day and night game drives and guided walks.
