Your group canoe safari begins at the west end of Mana Pools National Park, canoeing down river to finish at the eastern end of the park. All supplies are carried in the back-up Land Rover. Your mobile-tented camp is set up for your arrival each night with all meals and camp chores provided by a camp crew. There are private shower/toilet tents for each sleeping tent. You have a highly qualified Professional Guide leading the canoe trip, not just an ordinary canoe guide. This allows you the opportunity to take walks into the park and interesting game drives. - Mana Pools covers a section of the Middle Zambezi Valley. During the summer months, shortages of food and water force the animals back towards the Zambezi - a prime time to game view by canoe, foot and vehicle. From a canoe and on foot you will experience the thrill of approaching close to elephants and other wildlife. Your Professional guides on this safari may include Nick Murray and Mark McAdam.

DEPARTURES: Canoeing start days are Saturday and Tuesday - MAY-NOVEMBER
