Itinerary

• Day 01+02
• Travel. Arrival in Entebbe, overnight Windsor Lake Victoria Hotel.
• Day 03
• Depart with your guide and vehicle and drive to Kibale Forest (7 hours) with lunch en route. You will pass through Fort Portal, forest and tea plantations. Overnight Ndali Lodge.
• Day 04
• An early start to meet your guide and enter the forest in search of chimpanzees and ten other primate species including red colobus monkey, blues, red tails and grey-cheeked mangabey. Overnight Ndali Lodge.
• Day 05
• Drive to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, which is an unremitting belt of montane forest that is the home to mountain gorillas and other rare primates. Overnight Gorilla Forest Camp.
• Day 06
• Today take your first gorilla trek taking a picnic lunch with you. You should be back at camp by 3.00-4.00pm. However there are days when the trek can be longer! Overnight Gorilla Forest Camp.
• Day 07
• Second gorilla visit. Overnight Gorilla Forest Camp.
• Day 08
• Drive to Mbarara, if time permits, visit the local market, where everything imaginable is on sale. Overnight Mihingo Lodge.
• Day 09
• Drive Entebbe, fly to Nairobi, overnight The Fairmont Norfolk Hotel.
• Day 10
• Fly Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Connect with your scheduled charter flight to the Serengeti. On arrival you will met by your private guide and vehicle. Afternoon game viewing in the park. Overnight Migration Camp.
• Day 11
• Full day of game viewing by vehicle in the park. Overnight Migration Camp.
• Day 12
• Move further south in the park to your next lodge. Overnight Serengeti Sopa Lodge.
• Day 13
• Continue to the Ngorongoro Crater, stopping en route at Oldupai Gorge for a visit to Richard Leakey's Museum & Archeological Site, where traces of early man were unearthed. Depart to your lodge for a late lunch and descend to the crater floor for an afternoon to game view. Overnight Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.
• Day 14+15
• Proceed by road to Tarangire National Park which is the third largest national park in Tanzania. Activities include walking, day game drives into the park and night game drives on the private reserve. 2 nights Tarangire Treetops Camp.
• Day 16+17
• Morning activity before road transfer to Arusha. On arrival, you will be met and taken to your hotel where a dayroom has been reserved. Dayroom: Arusha Coffee Lodge. Connect to your onward flight to the USA.
