Day 01
Travel.
Day 02
Arrive in Johannesburg, overnight The Saxon Hotel.
Day 03+04
Enjoy the morning at leisure. This afternoon you will be transferred to the Pretoria train station where you will board Rovos Rail – a legend of luxury. Following morning you will arrive in Kimberley where you take a tour around "the big hole" and have lunch at the Kimberley Club. Continue overnight to Matjiesfontein. 2 nights Rovos Rail - Deluxe Suite
Day 05-07
Upon arrival Matjiesfontein take a stroll around the village. Continue on to Cape Town arriving at 6:00pm this evening. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the days at leisure. Touring is optional to allow you to make your own choices too either a scheduled group tour or with a private guide and vehicle (highly recommended). 3 Cape Grace Hotel or Ellerman House
Day 08+09
This morning you will be picked up at your hotel and have a full day tour of the winelands. Following your tour you will be transferred to your lovely hotel. You will visit one of the wineries for a cellar tour and learn about the winemaking methods practiced here and sample some of their delicious wines. Enjoy the following day on the Delaire Estate.2 nights Delaire Graff Estate.
Day 10-12
Fly scheduled to Mpumalanga. Game rangers will meet you and take you to your camp located in a Private Game Reserve. Activities include day and night elephant-back safaris (Jabulani only), morning and evening game drives, bush walks, bird-watching and a visit to the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Center where they have a facility for cheetah conservation. 3 nights Camp Jabulani located on Kapama Private Reserve, Singita Boulders located on Sabi Sands Private Reserve or Singita Ebony Lodge or Royal Malewane on Thornybush Private Reserve.
Day 13+14
After a morning game drive depart by scheduled charter flight to Mpumalanga where you will board your scheduled flight to Johannesburg. Continue on your overnight flight. Welcome Home!
