Itinerary

• Day 01+02
• Travel and overnight The Fairmont Norfolk Hotel.

• Day 03
• Fly to Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. You will be met and transferred into Arusha. Overnight at Olasiti Lodge.

• Day 04+05
• After breakfast, depart with your private guide and continue by vehicle to Tarangire National Park. Activities include, game drives, guided walking safaris, bird watching (over 300 birds) and cultural interaction with Datoga and Maasai, whose bomas populate the adjacent land. Next morning enjoy a day of activities including a guided bush walk. 2 nights Maramboi Tented Camp.

• Day 06+07
• Enjoy the morning at leisure and lunch at the camp. This afternoon continue on to the Ngorongoro Crater, which was a pioneer experiment in reconciling the interests of wildlife animals and indigenous forests with the needs of the local Maasai tribe. 2 nights Plantation Lodge.

• Day 08+09
• Continue to the Serengeti stopping en route at Oldupai Gorge for a visit to Richard Leakey's Museum and Archeological Site where traces of early man were unearthed. Next morning enjoy a full day of game drives in the park. 2 nights Simiyu Mobile Camp or Lake Masek Tented Camp.

• Day 10+11
• Fly to Arusha. Upon arrival at the Arusha airport you will be met and transferred to town where you will enjoy lunch. In the afternoon you will be transfer to the Namanga border post. You will be met by a camp representative and continue on to your lodge located in Amboseli National Park. Activities include game viewing in the park on open-sided safari Land Rovers; walk with a trained Maasai guide, sundowners, bush breakfasts or a visit to one of the Maasai manyattas (villages). 2 nights Tortilis Camp.

• Day 12-14
• Fly to Nairobi and connect with flight to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Activities include walking, game drives and optional balloon safari, 3 nights Mara Intrepids, Mara Porini Camp or Little Governor's Tented Camp.

• Day 15+16
• Morning activity. Fly to Nairobi. Dayroom at the Karen Blixen Cottages, onward travel.
