Day 01
Travel
Day 02
Arrive in Windhoek, overnight the The Olive Grove or Heinitzburg Hotel.
Day 03+04
Charter to Sossusvlei. Activities include morning visits to the Sossusvlei dunes, desert breakfasts under the camel-thorn acacia trees, and a visit to the Sesriem Canyon. Afternoon activities are taken on the private reserve, adjacent to Sossusvlei, taking in the desert scenery, the flora and perhaps a chance to see the animals like springbok, gemsbok and ostrich that survive in this harsh enviroment. Optional activities include balloon safaris and horse rides, 2 nights Kulala Desert Lodge, Kulala Wilderness Camp or Little Kulala.
Day 05+06
Fly up and along the Skeleton Coast, fly to Damaraland, 2 days of nature drives and walks, 2 nights Doro Nawas or Damaraland Camp or Desert Rhino Camp.
Day 07-10
Fly to Skeleton Coast Park, activities include game drives (day and night) along the rivebeds looking for desert elephant and up into the mountains looking for zebra and oryx, guided walks on the dunes and beaches finding whales bones, seal colonies and jackals. And a visit to the nomadic Himba people wandering in the area. 4nights Skeleton Coast Camp.
Day 11+12
Fly to Ongava Private Game Reserve near Etosha, 2 days of nature walks and day and night game drives, 2 nights Ongava Lodge or Ongava Tented Camp or Little Ongava.
Day 13+14
Return to Windhoek. Depart on a scheduled inter-africa flight to Johannesburg connecting with your onward overnight flight.
