This safari is our "Best of Tanzania" as it features a menu choice of accommodations to select from when visiting the four main park ecosystems of the northern Circuit. Optimize game viewing time by having a private guide and vehicle. Features 5 nights in the Serengeti in two different locations. Enjoy the seasonal tenting - the tents are very large and roomy! This is a highlight for everyone who delights in having the personal service of the camp staff, the intimacy of the camp and for experiencing the sights and sounds of Africa in a remote location. Your group size can vary from just two in a vehicle, or friends and family in two or three vehicles. The naturalist guides that may lead your trip include Clemence Kiriambata, Hillary Mandia, Ephata Lotashu, and Emmanuel Mkenda.

  • Day 01+02
  • Travel. Arrive in Europe. Make an onward connecting flight to Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Overnight Serena Mountain Village, Arusha.

  • Day 03-05
  • Drive to Tarangire National Park, game viewing on the way to your camp. Activities include day game drives in the park, morning walks and night game drives. You will experience two full days of activities. 3 nights Tarangire Safari Camp, Oliver's Camp or Tarangire Treetops Camp.

  • Day 06
  • Depart to Lake Manyara National Park. Take an afternoon drive through the park, overnight Gibb's Farm

  • Day 07
  • Depart early morning to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive on the Crater floor. Overnight Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.

  • Day 08-10
  • Proceed to Serengeti National Park through the vast African plains. Enjoy two full days of game viewing, using the mobile tented camp as a base. 3 nights Serengeti Shared Safari Camp.

  • Day 11+12
  • Game drive enroute to your next accommodation. An optional balloon safari can be booked for your second morning here. 2 nights Kirawira Camp or Migration Camp or Sayari Camp.

  • Day 13+14
  • This morning you will have another game drive enroute to the airstrip. Board your scheduled charter flight to Arusha. On arrival you will be transferred to your lodge. A dayroom has been reserved. Day room: Serena Mountain Village. An optional visit of town and the opportunity for some last minute shopping can be arranged. This evening, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport. Depart this evening on an overnight flight to Europe. Welcome home!
