  • Day 01+02
  • Depart on an overnight flight to Europe. Arrive in Europe. Continue onwards to Nairobi. Upon arrival this evening you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Overnight Safari Park Hotel.

  • Day 03-05
  • You spend the next three days exploring Samburu National Reserve and neighboring Shaba Reserves. Both offer incredible scenery, cultural immersion and game viewing opportunities in a balmy climate. Day safaris to nearby Shaba and Buffalo Springs are well worth the drive for the contrasting scenery and endemic wildlife viewing opportunities (Somali ostrich, Grevy zebra). Enjoy two days of game viewing activities. 3 nights Samburu Serena Safari Lodge.

  • Day 06+07
  • Following breakfast, you will depart with your private guide and drive to the foothills of Mt Kenya and a ranch and conservancy on the Laikipia Plateau. Activities include day and night game drives, escorted walks, and game viewing from the platform. 2 nights Serena Sweetwaters Tented Camp.

  • Day 08+09
  • After breakfast you leave and drive down into the heart of the Rift Valley, eating a picnic lunch en-route to Lake Nakuru National Park. It’s a long drive and you arrive in this beautiful lakeside park mid-afternoon, in time for a cool drink and a chance to stretch your legs at camp. Enjoy morning and afternoon activities from your camp. 2 nights Sarova Lion Hill Lodge

  • Day 10-12
  • Following breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve. The Maasai Mara is undoubtedly the finest wildlife area in Kenya. All of the big game is here: elephant, lion, leopard, cheetah and buffalo. Commonly seen species include zebra, wildebeest, Thomson's gazelle, Defassa waterbuck, eland and Maasai giraffe. This is the only place in Kenya where topi are common. Activities include the daily game drives in the vehicle. The lodge also offers optional activities that include morning bird and nature trails with resident naturalist, visits to a traditional Maasai Manyatta (village), wildlife and cultural talks, videos and film shows, tribal dancing displays nightly, and sundowners” at a selection of magnificent Mara lookouts. 3 nights Mara Serena Safari Lodge.

  • Day 13
  • Today you transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled charter flight for your return to Nairobi. You will be met and transferred to the conveniently located Panari Hotel arriving in time for lunch. A day room has been reserved for you to rest and repack before your flight home. You will be met and transferred to Nairobi Airport for your flight. Depart this evening on an overnight flight to Europe.
