• Arrive in Europe this morning. Connect with your flight to Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. On arrival this evening you will be met and transferred by road to yout hotel in Arusha. Overnight Serena Mountain Village, Arusha.

• Day 03+04
• This morning you will depart Arusha with your private guide and continue by road to Lake Manyara National Park which is most famed for its tree-climbing lions that may be seen (if you are very lucky) sleeping amongst the branches of acacia trees. En route you will have a cultural walk to the Mto wa Mbu Village, home to over 80 tribes. Enjoy lunch in the village camp and then continue to your lodge. Activities include game drives; guide nature walks and bird walks escorted by Masai askaris. Next morning enjoy a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. 2 nights Kirurumu Camp or Lake Manyara Tree Lodge.

• Day 05-07
• Proceed to Serengeti National Park through the vast African Plains, game viewing on the way. You will arrive at your lodge early or later afternoon depending on how much time you spend gameviewing enroute. Enjoy two full days of game viewing using your camp as a base. One morning you may take an optional balloon safari. 3 nights Serengeti Shared Safari Camp or Kirawira Camp or Migration Camp or Sayari Camp.

• Day 08
• Continue to Ngorongoro Crater stopping en route at Oldupai Gorge for a visit to Richard Leakey's Museum & Archeological Site where traces of early man were unearthed. Game drives into the crater are offered. Optional walks and Masai village visits are available at extra cost. Private bush breakfast and lunches can be requested. Overnight Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge, Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge or Kensington Ngorongoro Crater Camp or Lemala Ngorongoro Crater Camp. Option 2: Continue to Ngorongoro Crater with a packed picnic lunch. This afternoon you will descend into the crater for a game drive. Overnight Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.

• Day 09
• This morning descend with a packed breakfast for a morning of game viewing on the Crater floor (total viewing time allowed by National Park is six hours). Have a late lunch at a lodge and then enjoy an afternoon visit to a Maasai village. Overnight Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge, Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, Kensington or Lemala Ngorongoro Crater Camp. Option 2: Following breakfast at the lodge, proceed to Gibb's Farm, a charming lodge that has retained the atmosphere of a working farm that is located between Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Conservation area. Enjoy lunch at the lodge followed by a hike to a nearby waterfall and se the caves made by elephants. Overnight Gibb's Farm.

• Transfer by road to Arusha. This afternoon you will visit town and opportunity for some last minute shopping. Return to your hotel where a dayroom has been reserved. This evening, depart for Kilimanjaro Airport for your International flight to Europe. Dayroom: Serena Mountain Village.
