  • Day 01+02
  • Depart this morning at 9:00 am from Windhoek and travel by vehicle approximately 237 miles, enjoying awe-inspiring views of the mountains and the desert floor – on a clear day you can see the fog banks of the Skeleton Coast Park. En route, enjoy lunch in a private area overlooking the Khomas Hochland escarpment and sweeping vistas below. Enjoy two days of activities based from this camp. 2 nights Kulala Adventurer Camp

  • Day 03+04
  • Travel north-west via the Kuiseb Canyon with its dark, craggy canyons and via a lunar landscape of flat gravel plains (with stops along the way including visiting the extraordinary Welwitschia plants) Continue via Aonin to explore the ice-blue Atlantic coast, from the port towns of Walvis Bay and Swakopmund to its incredible marine mammals. There will be time to explore the town with its craft shops and cafes. Enjoy a catamaran cruise with beach-side brunch as well as a Sandwich Harbor Tour during your stay. 2 nights Hansa Hotel.

  • Day 05-07
  • Travel approximately 300 miles today, starting north, along the legendary Skeleton Coast (named for the numerous shipwrecks the treacherous shores have claimed over the years) via the Cape Cross seal colony with thousands of breeding Cape fur seals. During your three nights you will have game drives in search for desert-adapted elephants, rhino tracking, visits to Twyfelfontein Rock Engravings, mountain biking and walking trails. 3 nights Damaraland Adventurer Camp.

  • Drive approximately 240 miles east to Ongava Private Game Reserve that shares a common boundary with the Etosha National Park. (Average driving time is approximately 7 hours on gravel and tar road. Driving time includes game viewing.) Ongava is a private 74,100 acre (30,000 hectare) game reserve that offers the full Etosha experience as well as the opportunity to take night drives and nature walks on the reserve, activities that are not allowed within Etosha. 2 nights Andersson's Camp
