Other than our own Africa Adventure Company (AAC) group departures, we have other exciting scheduled group safaris which have specific departure dates. The group size is usually a minimum of 2 and maximum of 10 persons – an ideal size for safaris.

This new group Explorations Adventurer safari is designed for the traveler who is looking for both wildlife viewing and also the stunning landscape and atmosphere of the desert. This is camping safari with accommodations in dome tents with shared facilities combined with a few nights in park lodges and hotels. Group size is limited to eight with the same guide throughout.
2. 14 Day 'Great Wilderness' Safari to Botswana - From $6,750.00
This small group safari (8) offers a selection of game viewing activities, which include day and night game drives, walks on islands, and rides in mekoros (dugout canoes). You have the same guide throughout and there is a combination of flying and driving between parks. There is an interesting variation of accommodations including small permanent camps and a pre-erected mobile-tented camp. All the camps are exclusive to the group.

This is one of our favorite safaris where we have combined the amazing wildlife and scenery of Kenya with one of the best guides in the field. During the safari you are staying at selected luxury tented camps and lodges in each of the parks. This is a group or private departure camping safari staying in medium grade mobile-tented camps. You will drive from park to park where you will be able to enjoy the African scenery including the Great Rift Valley. Group size is maximum 10 people on a departure.
9. 14 Day Wings over Namibia - From $8,425.00
This flying safari covers the main attractions of the 7 Day Wings safari over Namibia plus some time in the stunning Skeleton Coast. Activities include game drives (day and night) guided walks on the dunes and beaches, and a visit to the Himba people.
10. 15 Day Tanzania and Kenya Classic - From $7,125.00
This is a small group set-departure, which includes mobile tenting in Serengeti, a permanent tented camp in Lake Manyara and Amboseli, and lodges in Ngorongoro Crater and Meru National Park. In Tanzania you will drive from park to park where you will be able to enjoy the African scenery including the Great Rift Valley. Finish in Kenya with a flying safari. Activities include morning, afternoon and night game drives and escorted walks. You will also visit a local village and market. In Tanzania you have the services of one of our select, naturalist guides on your game drives in a 4x4 landrover vehicle. In Kenya you have the services of the resident guides at each camp.

14. 17 Day Great Namibian Journey - From $6,425.00
Namibia is a land of stunning landscapes, endless skies, barren deserts, rugged mountains and spectacular wildlife-and the great Namibian Journey encompasses all. This cross-section explores the dunes of Sossusvlei and the Namib Desert, the stark beauty of the Skeleton Coast, amazing marine life just off Swakopmund and the game-filled savannah of Etosha. This small (8people) group, scheduled safari covers great distances by vehicle and finishes with scheduled charter flight access to the Skeleton Coast. This is our standard Kenya flying safari with comfortable tented accommodations at an affordable price. This Safari offers and affordable experience to Tanzania where you travel as a small group by 4-wheel drive vehicle.
16. 7 Day Safari to Southern Zambia - $3,875.00
You will be traveling in a small group (8) with the same highly qualified guide throughout. It is for the adventurer who would like to be active when viewing the various species of game-but more importantly the Big 5 of antelope species, a few unique to Zambia. These include the Kafue lechwe, the puku, sable, roan and Lichtenstein's hartebeest. Game viewing will include traditional game drives in open vehicles, walking safaris as well as canoeing and boating.
