‘Fazo’ began his safari career in 1993, covering duties that included mechanic, workshop manager, completed a guiding course and continued as a safari driver and ultimately safari guide.
Fazo always wanted to experience and share the excitement of being on safari. He has a passion to learn and educate about wildlife and enjoys meeting different people from around the world and showing them the beauty of Tanzania. His favourite thing in the bush is watching the wildebeest migration especially when they are crossing the Mara River.
He is a people person, which is obvious when on safari with him. It is never surprising to see him helping out the waiters and staff in whatever camp you stay in. Fazo is married and has two children. He speaks English and Swahili and is also very good volleyball player.
