Mobile Tented Camp

Scattered Stone Age tools reveal the history of this ancient African superlake while engravings left by the explorers David Livingstone and Frederick Courtney Selous, in the trunks of ancient baobabs, mark their passage so many years ago.

In the wet months a warm shallow layer of water entices breeding colonies of hundreds and thousands of flamingo and the thundering herds of the great migration with thousands of wildebeest, zebra and springbok bringing the predators in their wake.
